Born and raised in the rural Uintah Basin, Justin grew up on job sites in his dad’s cabinet shop and could work most of the trades by sixteen. After a degree in criminal justice and a stint as a police officer, he traded the badge to build homes full time — growing a homebuilding company to as many as 30 homes a year across southwest Wyoming. Now back home near family, he helps homeowners find the right home for them, site-built or modular, with straight, honest guidance.

Andrew is the founder of Grubaugh Construction and a partner at Basin Design Center. He grew up building alongside his grandfather on the family farm, where he learned that quality work isn’t about shortcuts — it’s about doing the job right, even when no one is watching. Frustrated by the missed deadlines and poor communication homeowners so often face, he built his company around modern project management, clear communication, and craftsmanship — making the build a smooth, transparent experience from first meeting to final walkthrough.
